UPDATE: I wish I could delete this message. After writing it, I explored some more and it’s becoming clearer on what I need to do, so please disregard.

I’m old and sometimes change is hard - lol. But for the life of me, I don’t understand this new collection tool that’s supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread. It is so confusing to me. Wish I could have someone walk me through something just one time so I could understand what the heck it is I’m supposed to be doing.

Is there a way to delete a message?

At this point I would like to encourage EVERYONE to hold off on the rants, and instead spend a bit more time understanding the new feature. This will be key to your success with collections moving forward.
