The auto-generated mock-ups for post-it notes are blurry, faded out, and very tiny. They don’t do this product justice no matter how good the design is.
Can these mock-ups be revised? It will help increase views, clicks, and sales.
Thanks!

This is the second time that I’ve reported this issue.
Zazzle, when will you fix this?
You can probably continue reporting until you weigh an ounce, @Jadendreamer13
I could add the mockups for mugs, which has also been reported many times. Or who thinks a bandana is going to sell the way Zazzle presents it? I don’t understand. I think having poor quality basic views of a product not only hurts sales of that product, but create an all-over bad impression of the company.
Hi @Jadendreamer13 , do you have a product example you can show me please? I can then flag it with our product team to review.
Thank you.
Do you want to make more sales, Zazzle? Then please fix issues like this. This is a sample of one of Zazzle’s auto-generated images for Post-It Notes:
It doesn’t do any designer’s artwork justice. How can designers make sales when the auto-generated images on this product are of such poor quality? The image is way too small for the available space, it’s blurry, grayed out, and the contrast is too low. This is what my cover image looks like;
It may catch a shopper’s attention and stop their scroll, but when they click on the additional images behind it, they see the photo I’ve shown above. It doesn’t give shoppers confidence that they will receive a nice product with high-quality printing.
This is my second request for this fix. Please add fixing this to your to-do list. Thanks!
If you’re not going to fix this, then consider allowing designers the ability to delete auto-generated mock-ups and post additional mock-ups that they’ve created.
Some auto-generated mock-ups put items like stickers on birthday-themed boxes. But if I’m not selling a birthday-theme product, it would be great if I could remove that auto-generated mock-up from my product listing.
Can you please share a link to a product that’s affected by this issue?
