Posters Set to an "Out of Stock" Paper Type Shows "No Longer Available" (Error Page)

As of today, I noticed that any of my posters set to “semi-gloss” (which is currently out of stock), are going to a “no longer available” error page…

Since other posters of mine not set to semi-gloss were coming up ok, I decided to change the url of the semi-gloss poster to see if it would appear - and it did:

Example - shows error page:
https://www.zazzle.com/elegant_blue_teal_watercolor_beach_welcome_party_poster-228492352217245448?media=posterpaper_semigloss

Example - changed part of the url and it shows up:
https://www.zazzle.com/elegant_blue_teal_watercolor_beach_welcome_party_poster-228492352217245448?media=posterpaper_matte

Is this happening to anyone else? I searched for the topic and didn’t see anything…
This type of technical bug can cost big on sales if the entire product page doesn’t show (rather than just showing a certain paper stock as unavailable).

Hope the technical team can fix this soon, thanks! :slightly_smiling_face:

Oh wow! That’s a major problem! I think my posters are all set to default to value paper, but I’m gonna go check now! Thanks for the head’s up!

I have some designs on black luggage. I noticed that they no longer show up in the marketplace because black is currently out of stock. However, other colors are available, so why remove them completely from the marketplace?
