Hi all,
I’m having an ongoing issue where any poster design I upload shows up blank — both in the product view and on the storefront. The collection cover photo displays only, but when I view the actual poster, there’s no design visible.
This started with a poster I created yesterday. However, I created a new poster today and the same thing happened.
All other product display correctly without any problems — it’s just the posters that are affected.

I noticed this too very late last night. My posters are not all displaying. I did not edit or create new ones. Just not displaying.

Hi, I’m new to Zazzle and came here as I have the exact same roblem. Slight releif that it’s not just me, hoefully it will be fixed soon.
I have the same issue. Poster listings posted yesterday are not working properly: the cover photo is blank. If I upload a new cover photo, all the other images disappear.

I have alot of products that are blank in the backend and on the public product pages. On the public product pages when you click on the product I get the, Oops! We can’t seem to find the product you’re looking for.

Most of my posters are coming up saying that they have been removed. The problem just recently started. Are posters being disconinued?
