My primary product – invitations – are showing at the very bottom of the collection. Postcards are showing at the top. How do I move the primary products to the beginning of the collection?

Just click on the product you want to move and drag and drop it into place. If you’re in a cross-sell type collection you first have to click the icon beside the ADD PRODUCTS button and choose which format you want to rearrange. I usually rearrange both types to suit the layout I like. Then you just drag and the product images.
