Hi Everyone,

Happy Monday!

We’re extremely sorry about the delay in availability here, but Pro forums are here. In order to see these new boards you may need to log out of the community site and then log back in. There are three new discussion boards:

  • Pro Basic: Basic and up
  • Pro Silver : Silver and up
  • Pro Platinum : Platinum and up

These three boards are only available to Creators who have reached the Pro ranks mentioned above. They’re roughly equivalent to the Pro boards that we offered with our previous discussion forums.

If you do not see these boards please let us know.

I saw your message for Pro Basic, but not Pro Silver.

That’s probably because I only posted in ProBasic.

But I went back and added a post to each board to eliminate confusion.

No bronze board? (Or gold, I guess… not sure if that one existed before or not)

I see only Basic. Maybe it’ll take a while for the others to show up.

I tried logging out and then back in, but there’s still only the Basic forum showing.

Based on your Pro level you qualify for the Basic board. When you graduate to Silver you’ll have access to the next Pro board.

Will there be a Bronze board at some point?

perhaps the description of these private forums could be amended to reflect the specific achievement level(s):

Pro Basic: Basic and Bronze
Pro Silver: Silver and Gold
Pro Platinum: Platinum and Diamond

I really enjoyed the Bronze forum. It feels sort of like a demotion, but that’s okay. Basic was never quite as active, the people showing up there often quickly graduating to Bronze.

I do feel like it’s a demotion, too. hopefully that’ll change in the 30-60 days.

Why no Bronze level Board?   it used to go 

Pro basic : for all who were pro but not bronze.

Pro:  for all bronze and above 

Pro elite ( or something like that) : for all that were silver and above  

and maybe you had more for Golds, Platinums and Diamonds?  I always figured I would probably die before I reached those levels…

Personally I didn’t find the old ‘pro’ board particularly useful… it wasn’t much different than the general one in content. The Bronze board was nice though. Most of the people there were a bit more experienced, so the topics were often a bit more advanced and it tended to not be mass posted to, so I think it may have been used a bit more than the old “show me” board by affiliates.

How are you finding the private boards? I don’t see a link in the drop down menu.

Look at the full page containing all the forums, and you’ll see the private board(s) at the bottom.
