Problem With Designer Credit On back of Flat Card

5x7 flat card

Added design to both sides

“Zazzle Designer Credit” shows up on back to card.

If I delete the designer credit, I cannot sell the card.  

The “sell it” button is taken off when I click done.

If I go back and allow the “Zazzle Designer Credit,” the

“sell it” button returns.

The designer credit ruins the design on the back of card.

I have a vague recollection of this being mentioned in the old forum.

But cannot remember a solution.

Can I remove the designer after Posting the card for sale?

You have to hit the sell it button with the attribution applied, then on the details page you can enter Merchandising Options and remove the attribution.

If the product is already published, then go to the product page.  Edit details > Product Merchandising > untick attribution or tick remove attribution box (I don’t remember which way it goes).  and go from there.

Ah! I had no idea it was so easy. I do find that I have to click Change Options within Product Merchandising in order to get the attribution box  to show.  The next step is to create a spreadsheet so that I can at some point in the future, check these and see if the changes I make today will ever have updated on site. I still am waiting on updates from options I changed in June 2021, so I just never know.
