So, first of all I’ll say that I was SUPER excited to see that there were new mock-ups for envelopes. However there are several problems.
The view on all of my envelopes has now changed so it defaults to the front - which, for most of my envelopes doesn’t show anything, so customers just see a blank envelope.
There’s a problem where designs on the back flap do not show up in the mock ups, so the back flap looks blank even when there’s artwork and a return address there.
The most needed view is missing! What we really need is a view that shows the back of the envelope both open and closed so the customer can see the design on both the inside and outside of the back flap! The other views are great, but you left out the most important one! We need a view that shows these two parts of the envelope - something like this:
I totally agree @Cat . Once again, the new mockups are a huge disappointment. If you search for envelopes now, it shows pages and pages of lovely blank fronts. This is just poor planning and is an obvious lack of product knowledge from whichever department is in charge of creating these. It seems counter-productive to pay someone money to create mockups if they can’t do a better job than we do creating our own. There, I’ve vented my frustration … now I’ll have to go change all my hundreds of envelopes to the old back view.
Just wondering if this is still being worked on?? All my envelopes are still showing front view only and any changes to the view that I try to make are not sticking.
I see that the last response for the envelope issue was September 2022. My envelopes are not showing the back of the envelope even though I have chosen the back for the product view. Is this still something the tech team is still trying to fix? Thanks for your help!
