Product created this morning (5-15-2026) not showing up in back end

I created 2 Christmas aprons this morning. When I clicked on the link after posting them for sale, it took me to the product. However, there was no option to download images (used for cover image mockups) and more importantly they cannot be found in my store only in saved designs. Is this a site issue?

I noticed that the newly created products in the back end appear at random locations on the page when sorted to newest. Maybe you have to search them somewhere? This issue has been reported several times already and has been going on for at least a year, sometimes it gets worse, sometimes it seem to work a bit again.
That does not address your issue of not being able to download images from the product page. Not sure if those are related?

The products have still not shown up as created in my back end.

Thanks for the info. I’ve checked the back end all over, they are only showing up in saved designs. The first one I thought, “I must have only thought I posted the design” so I carefully checked the next one all the way through to completion and realized that I had an issue.

I’m sorry if this sounds silly, but I’ve had this happen to me before several times - published a product and then couldn’t find any trace of it in my store even after viewing it from the link on the posted-for-sale page. Problem was me accidentally posting it to the wrong store so I was looking in the wrong place for it. Did you check your other stores?

Thank you for sharing, I wish it were the answer! Checked in all my stores,  not there either. I’m tired of this game of hide-and-seek, LOL :sweat_smile:

Hi,

Same issue in here.

Suddenly new products not showing up in the back end of my store. Only shows them in the ‘Saved designs’.

Just figured this out. I didn’t notice that Product Visibility was not correct( (public). So my mistake. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks so much for figuring that out! That was my issue as well. For whatever reason, it appears Z took off the default of post for sale on that section in posting the product. In my 16 years here, it’s not been something that needed to be checked with every product.
