Product Image of Favor Bag Missing Color

A weird issue.

The first product image of a favor bag I created today is missing the yellow color. The background of the product is yellow as well as the background of the PNG image I use. Somehow it removed both colors?

Other images of the same product look fine, I got no idea how this happened..

I have a similar problem @Pixelan  though not as obvious as yours

I’m just about to do a cover photo and noticed the difference. Hopefully an easy fix for the Tech Team :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for letting me know, than it must be a technical issue and we don’t need to change anything. A really weird one, but am sure it will be fixed soon. As long as customers receive the right version.

Same issue here. I think there’s a problem with that particular view.

Totally forgot about this issue from last year with the color missing on some of the mockup thumbnails. Just checked and it’s not fixed yet.
