Product images do not update in Collections

I’m going through my collections and cleaning them up and just noticed that product images do not get updated. I thought that the collections would get updated as our products are updated?

For example, I’ve switched many phone case views from older models to newer models, but my collections still show the old model image. This collection has two phone cases with old images (I think they both show the iphone 6?) but the product was updated to a 13 and a 14 a while ago.

I see that other images with cover photos have been updated, so maybe it’s just an issue with phone cases?

Thanks! I also see the coffee mug hasn’t updated it’s view either. So it’s definitely more than just phone cases. I haven’t edited this collection yet.
