Product Images Still Showing Discontinued Kraft Paper

Hi Zazzle Technical Team,

Now that the Kraft paper option has been discontinued, I’m trying to update the cover image for one of my older postcard designs that was originally created on Kraft. However, even though the Kraft paper option has been removed, the product preview and downloadable images still display the design on Kraft paper instead of white.

I’ve tried switching to all available white paper options, but the previews remain stuck on the old Kraft version—so customers are still seeing it that way as well.

Here’s the link to the postcard in question: (link to product)

Could you please look into this issue and let me know once it’s been resolved? I’d really appreciate your help in ensuring the product previews and the download images reflect the current paper options.

Thank you so much for your time and attention!

Best,
Gabriela

It looks like the Kraft paper is a background image that you put on there. It’s locked, but I can put a white square over it, and the preview shows up correctly.

Thank you so much, Connie — you’re absolutely right! I really appreciate you taking the time to look into it and point me in the right direction. I can’t believe I missed that! I’ve been so focused on reworking this old “Kraft” collection for the new white paper options and updating all the cover images that I completely forgot this particular postcard was originally made with a Kraft paper background image to recreate the look.

No wonder the preview wasn’t changing — it was my own doing!

I think that’s a sign I should take a short break from creating cover images and get back to designing for a bit.

Thanks again for catching that, Connie. I truly appreciate your help!
