The template fields are designated and I have shared it for troubleshooting and those that I’ve shared it with are unable to personalize, even though the fields are designated. I’ve tried checking it as a customer, however, Zazzle forces me to log in, I guess because it’s a design in progress? How do you all check yours after you post and does Z let you look a the item without being logged in and any idea why the templates wouldn’t be available to the customer if they’re designated. So weird. I obviously need to be able to check my products as a customer. Thanks so much. I usually work in Safari and Chrome. Bev **screeshots attached
Seems like you may have inadvertently disabled editing on the product page. This would have been done during the publish stage.
I logged in as you and published this product again, and set the design to Direct-only. If you like the design then I’d recommend deleting this current one and setting the new design to Public. https://www.zazzle.com/cute_deer_woodland_baby_shower_themed_invitation-256192228251529830
Also, if you’re looking to share a customized design, you shouldn’t simply copy the URL. Instead, find the icon that’s in the upper left corner of the main preview image and copy the link from there. This will allow you to share a customized design and it’ll also include your referral link. It’ll look something like this: https://www.zazzle.com/z/avkcc6mv
Hopefully this covers everything. If you’d still like some clarification let me know.
