I uploaded a bunch of designs four days ago. I can’t tell if the products are showing up, but when I go to my store they are not there.

Can other people see that product and purchase it? And if so, why doesn’t it show up in my store?
We are having the same problem, lots of products not published

There’s no real good answer to “how long does it take for this issue to be solved” because there’s probably a few things that can cause indexing to be slow/stopped. We’re working through this issue now, and making some progress. We hope that it will be fixed very soon.
