Product type does not always auto fill in the HTML code

I’ve noticed this for a while now. The product type does not always auto fill in the HTML code of a product. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn’t, and this is inconsistent across products.

Any ideas?

the HTML coding for the share link, _ when copied and pasted from the individual product page, _ auto-fills the product type correctly:
