I discovered within the last couple of weeks that at least 2 dozen cards have disappeared from my shop. Nothing is showing in discontinued, needs optimizing, etc … just GONE! One of the cards had over 2000 views and was one of my best sellers. Customer support has been “working” on the issue for at least a week. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there someone else I can contact other than automated “customer support”?

@PlaidGal if items get removed, it could be for many reasons - and you would get an email with a reason why (eg copyright infringement/tags)
Check your spam folders for any emails from the Content Review Team.

Hi Sara, I checked my spam folder and nothing is there. All of my designs are copyright protected since I create cartoon characters of my own design. It appears to me that most if not all of my items created prior to 2023 have just disappeared. Thank you for the reply
Have you used any copyrighted words or phrases in your titles, descriptions, or tags?
For example, the word, “smiley” (as in smiley face) is copyrighted.

Both! For instance, I have a margarita birthday card which was my best seller. I don’t see it on the backend anywhere and if you do a search on margarita birthday card, mine was always the first one in search. Now it doesn’t even appear

I can search for “margarita” under the cards and 6 appear.
If you have recently updated your listings with video - it could take time to them re- index.
Zazzle is constantly updating their marketplace so your listing’s place will change position in search.
I just did a search “margarita birthday card” and the top 3 were you (not logged in)
If you have pinned the cards that are missing - list the products IDs so the Tech Team can investigate

Hopefully you’ll get an answer as to why they have been removed - and cross fingers they can reinstate them if at all possible

I just noticed that all my name labels have disappeared from the store backend and storefront.
They were selling well, and I’m wondering why I suddenly have no sales anymore. They’re just gone, and I haven’t received any information. 😱
I hope this isn’t a problem for many others. It really hurts the designers and what’s worse is there isn’t any response from Zazzle other than a “canned” email response
I wanted to update everyone that Zazzle has found that many of my items were removed in error. Links from external sources have been restored and I should see everything in search results within 24 hours
