What is going on? I made a sale on some foam boards this morning & noticed it was displaying like THIS (PID#256450647290470207). It’s on other foam boards of mine as well. But when, pretending I’m a customer, I switch out the template photos it displays correctly. It’s not on all the foam boards I’ve created. Then I started to look at some of my collections & I’m getting THIS as well. Some collections are still displaying just fine. WHAT is the deal??? Since this is graduation season & these are decent sellers of mine, this deeply disturbs me. This is going to hurt my sales. I know this is the weekend (Saturday, 3/25, around 10:30am pst) but I wanted to post this & get it out here already.
Very strange. It seems to have something to do with the photo cropping. I looked at a few of my photo collage designs where the sample images are cropped and couldn’t re-create it, but I definitely see it on yours. I wonder if the new changes to the crop tool (announced here: New Tool Feature: Cropping ratio Lock - Zazzle) have anything to do with it.
Oh geeze, I hope not! Or even if it that is the reason, it gets fixed. However, everything was fine yesterday. And I’ve cropped every single photo that I’ve used in a template product. Plus it seems random – the same product, different version, created at the same time is not affected. Also, these are not new products – I made some of these 2 or 3 years ago.

BTW, collection appears fine now, not because anything Zazzle did, however. Last night I noticed that the products themselves were displaying on their respective product pages correctly (except for yard signs, which for some reason were displaying in the different views both morgana and the font I changed it to, everglow, last August – which is a new glitch). So I went in and manually changed the product view for the weirdly displayed products & even moved some products down from the 1st 24 products in the collection and everything looks good now. Would have been great if I hadn’t had to troubleshoot & do all that, though.
@Scott It’s back & not working correctly. A customer asked me to create one of my graduation posters in a different color way. (I was actually making other posters earlier today in different colors and everything was fine.) So I go into the design tool and see THIS:
It’s probably just a display issue glitch that will end up printing correctly. However, it’s going to scare potential customers away if they go into the design tool. Please fix this for good. I’m sick of this happening. And like I said before, everything was working correctly earlier in the day.

But all of my poster and foam board variations are now displaying incorrectly in the design tool. If you need additional PIDs, I can also give them to you.
I was going through my collections and found that some of my designs were distorted. Some the product photos were good others for the same product was distorted. I started to hide them until I could find out if this was a Zazzle website wide technical problem. I made them public so I can show them to you. Hopefully all can be fixed without me having to redesign the product. I look forward to your reply.
I have the same issue on at least one product, I haven’t check any other products. I did change the cropping and it seems to have fixed the problem. I used the replace product tool, to get the changes approved.
Looks correct until viewed on product page via both Market Place and backend. My apologies for not knowing how to include a screen shot of defective view.
