Products in my collections are shown to ME when im logged in and NOT SHOWN to anybody else

This is very bothering, im able to see the products in my collections, they are there, but if i log to my store from incognito mode my products are not shown

• they are NOT HIDDEN

• they are all PUBLIC

• they required optimization, which i did by mass editing them all

• they are added to new products etcetera etcetera

THIS is what me and my customers see in the front page of my store

THIS is what ONLY I see when im logged in from my profile and i go to the collection

And THIS is what a potential customer sees when he goes to my collection(i checked by going to it in incognito mode)

What the hell guys? My customers are not seeing dozens of my products. What is going on?

The same ABSURD problem is present on all my stores and on ALL of my collections

And in addition to that my products still show in the OPTIMIZATION NEEDED tab of my product management window.

Tell me what to do to fix this asap, you already took off months off my work from me with your ‘non contributing account fees’.

If you just recently made those products public again it could take 48 hours (sometimes a bit more) to show up on the public side again.

Thanks for your reply. Im still curious about my products still showing in the OPTIMIZATION NEEDED tab of my product management window, i suppose that also needs to wait 48hr to be updated?

As you touched on in your original post, the products are not visible because they required optimization. Based on the Last Modified Date, you edited these products today. I’d give them approx 24-48 hours to start appearing in the marketplace again.

I’ve already passed along the suggestion to provide a bit more clarity on the collection page when products may/may not appear publicly. The current arrangement is not totally ideal.
