I’m reorganizing a store and am moving products around to new categories and simultaneously changing some tags. They’re moving to the new categories fast — the way they did in the olden days(!) — and showing up with today’s modified date as they should. However, one by one they’re reverting back to the original categories and pre-move modified dates as if no changes were made.
Please look into this and fix!
@Zorinda it helps the Tech Team if you can provide links to the products that are misbehaving so they can investigate.
Any store reorganization still needs time to index (give it a week to stick)
Problem is ongoing – items changed prior to May 26 are reverting back to prior Department. I’m not re-organizing; doing the obvious thing of choosing the lower MF Department where Products are selling just as well as the higher MF Department.
Problem persists.

Looks like this may be fixed. I was having to move a group of Products every day since the original post, and they’ve stayed in my selected Department for the third consecutive day now.
