I noticed that my store (Le Grand Art) was showing to the public as 895 products but in store management I have 1112 products. (I checked for hidden/discontinued etc and the numbers don’t equate.) I also noticed that if I search for eg baby in my public storefront I don’t see a third of my products. If I search for (and this is just one example of many that don’t appear) “Congratulations Birth Baby Girl Pink Card” it doesn’t show up and yet it has sold in the past and does appear in the ‘back end’. Perhaps there is an explanation but I don’t understand why my products don’t show up (although maybe this explains why some of my products have suddenly stop selling or getting any views). I made some new products on 9/15/2022. It’s been 4 days and they still haven’t shown up in my store either. It usually doesn’t this take this long.

I’m not talking about new products. These are old products which have sold and are now not appearing in searches or in my public store front.
i have products from last month that are still pending. customer service says it will take 4 weeks for new products to appear. another thread says “its been fixed” & zazzle closed that thread but it hasnt been fixed…

Products I created since 9/15 are still not showing up in my storefront. A previous post from 9/14 with @Scott was marked as “solved” but looks like the issue is back again. Does Team have an update on when this should be fixed? Thank you

I’m new to Zazzle, and I just noticed that some of my items are not showing up either. I checked them carefully, but they are just gone. One day there, the next day a ghost. What’s going on with that? Many thanks.

It might take up to 72 hours for your newly created products to index and show correctly in your public store. If the products still do not show after this time, make sure to double check the maturity rating as only G rated products will show publicly as well as to make sure the products are set to public.
