hello , ive made over 30 new products in the last two weeks and none of them are showing in the new product feed , they only show in the store management side not the public side,
is this a issue for others at the moment? the last product showing was on 1/17/2024, all the rest seem to be paused which is ver frustrating.
@WillowSprings If you do a search of the Technical forum, there are many conversations about the same issue. There is seems to be a backlog in products indexing. They will fix it just don’t know when
Every now and then, Zazzle has this problem.
I have the same issue, and I have contacted the customer service 2 days ago, and she said she will let me know after the team fix it, and I’m still waiting. I hope this won’t take long
