I created 12 products and set them to direct only, not public. I created a store set to public and one collection set to private. A week ago I changed the collection to public, and several days ago I set the products to public and added them to the collection. Only 3 products are showing up – it’s been at least 4 days. I had to give a demonstration yesterday to my committee, and no one could see anything but 3 products. I had to give a demonstration of the back end instead. Today, I just searched the store from my phone, and still – only 3 products in the collection. Is there a customer service number where they can troubleshoot this? I would think it’s happened to others too.
@DAstore Welcome to Zazzle! Setting up a new store with new products tends to take slightly longer than normal as a lot of magic happens behind the scenes.
I can only see 3 products in your store. Double check in edit details/additional information that they have the Product Visibility checked (then press done)
Can you post links to your products that are missing in your storefront?
I don’t see how to get back to the “Suitable Audience” and “Product Visibility” page. That was only available during creating the products.
From the page below, when I select “Public” from the “Public Visibility” menu, they all show up. On the back end they show up in the collection and in the store. But on the public end, only 3 show up.
@DAstore you write "I don’t see how to get back to the “Suitable Audience” and “Product Visibility” page. That was only available during creating the products. "
From the “backend” product list, beneath the product , click on ACTIONS/EDIT DETAILS.
On left menu select ADDITIONAL INFORMATION and you will get the following:
Suitable Audience*
![]()
Product Visibility*
Public (everyone can see it)
Hidden (only you can see it)
Direct-only
as @BKMuir said - click on the actions on one of the missing ones - then press edit details - then click on Additional Information - that’s where you need to check the Product Visibility.
I checked again to see if I could see them. I normally have my content filter set to moderate - and I couldn’t see any products in your collection.
However - once I turned my content filter to off - your collection could be viewed on your store front
Content Filter set to off products on store frontYou need to edit each product “Suitable Audience” to G

or turn off your content filter (scroll down to bottom of page where it’s dark blue)

PG13 rating
Zazzle automatically sets their site content filter to safe
website content filter auto sets to safethat’s why you can’t see them
If you change them to G you’ll be fine
Thank you all – that worked!
