My store https://www.zazzle.com/store/sandyspider/products has 14K products in the Store Management. Store Management stops at Page 49 of 70 (204 on each page), a total of 9,847. About 5K are products invisible to me! This is with All Products selected. Does anyone else have this problem?
Me too.

I was updating collections and noticed that only 36 out of 150 cards in a 75 breed series of new cards are gone. Can’t even tell you what else is missing.
That hurts missing out on not seeing all those cards.
I wish I knew where the 5K products that are missing from mine.
So far, no answer from Zazzle. Did you to them too about your missing products?
Hi Sandy -
I did not contact them, I figured they would read this, it can’t possibly be just the two of us, LOL!
Hi @SandyMDesigns Many thanks for your message, If you want to view all products in your stores we would suggest to sort them into categories. Unfortunately we do not show all the search results for every search. Usually it’s just the first 1,000 results that will appear.

Lisa,
I don’t think we made ourselves clear, we are NOT talking about our public storefronts, we are talking about the back end where we manage our products - ALL OF THOSE should be seen by us. They are not. They were a week ago, but not as of a couple of days ago.
Same here. Yesterday they were there, today many products are gone. For example, under one category there are only 5 products visible. There are about 30 that are really in there.
Edited to add: This is that category: https://www.zazzle.com/store/holidaybug/products?cg=196382450133276100
And to be clear they aren’t showing in the back end (or the front end).
And to be clear - all my cards ARE in categories from the moment of creation.
This is an issue and not something we are doing wrong.
I hope Z comes back to read this thread. I did not realize how many designs over all are missing.
I was going to edit my post rather than add a new one, but I’m unable too.
I keep a basic track of how many products I have. I wanted to give more specific information.
In HolidayBug I have ~7k products, store management shows that I have 1200. That’s a huge difference.
Hi all,
I have not been able to recreate this issue.
Can you please share a screenshot highlighting the issue?
Here is a screen shot of my shop. I also added a image of a collection that shows 21 products, yet it’s empty–it’s been up for years and no new products added for over a month, so it’s not an indexing issue.
OMG. That would send me to my therapist’s office! I just checked and mine are all there. So it isn’t a universal problem. If that helps. I hope they return quickly.
Hi Mark,
So in my store when I go to all products in the back end and sort by 204 per page it says I have 13,878 products and at the bottom of the page it looks like it should be 69 pages full. However, the pages stop showing products on page 49 which is 9,996 products showing. So that’s 3,882 products not showing.
You are right! It’s not universal. I looked at my other shops, and they don’t seem to be affected.
When you go to your store backend you’re essentially saying "show me the products that are in my store “sandyspider.” So the functionality is no different than doing a marketplace search as a customer…you just see extra products (private products, direct-only products, etc).
As Lisa noted above, we generally only show ~1,000 results for any search, and this usually includes the store backend. As you’ve noticed, this is only sometimes the case. When I log in as you then go to your sandyspider store I can only view the first 1,000 products in the store. However, if I click into the Accessories category then I can view all ~2,000 products.
Hopefully this explains things a bit more clearly. I understand that this is slightly confusing, but it’s the way that our site is running at this time. Moving forward, if you need to review every single one of your 14,000 products I’d recommend breaking it down by Category first. If you’re still not able to access all products then you’ll need to drill down a step further.
Happy to pass this along your reports of missing products to our engineering team, but I’m curious if you have example products that you can point to here? Are there any other details you can share other than “my records show X but my store shows Y”?
With regards to the collection, when I log in as you and then view the collection it shows me two products, and says that it was updated today. What changes did you make to this collection?
If you happen to come across another collection of yours that’s exhibiting similar behavior (which you haven’t modified lately) I’d be interested in taking a look.
Two days ago I had many more products in my Fathers Day category. Yesterday, there were only 9. A more specific example of shirts I know are missing are: Nacho Dad, Brewmaster shirt, Plaid Dad shirt, Pools Balls Dad, Goth Day, #1 Golfer Day, Dog Dad, and so on.
In the category listed above (June Holidays) – missing are World Blood Donor Day, Corn on the Cob Day, International Fairy Day, Giraffe Day, Pink Flamingo Day (which has sold), Photography day – shirts, buttons, patches.
Didn’t touch it or modify it today, yesterday or last week. I looked at it yesterday when I saw it blank. Same with Funny Christmas Saying, and Jade Chinese New Year of the Tiger is missing products. I looked in my shop’s backend, they are just missing.
