Hi – I know I’m not the only one and this has been going on for several days. When designing a new product and setting it up for sale, I can go through the whole process – looks like everything is normal – except they disappear. Or, if I assign them to a collection at the point when filling out the “for sale” form, I can find them in that collection but without any of the normal headings that would enable you to change details / look at Quick Stats / Media Manager, etc. They also do not appear on a search for New Products in their category. However, they are saved to Saved Designs. Needless to say I’m hesitant to try creating anything else at this point, until this is resolved.

If it’s still in saved designs - it’s probably not been posted for sale.
There may be a delay in indexing
The forum isn’t officially open until Mon 6th Jan so you may get an answer until next week.
It does help the tech team if you can link to the product that is misbehaving
edited to add - the last product that you posted for sale was on 12/29/2024 - so there could be a backlog

In addition, here is the really odd example of it but without any of the normal functionality available. What do you think? This has happened to two products that I published.
