Products that should be Digital Download enabled are not and no way for me to enable them

So far I only checked one store re this

A number of items that are eligible for download are not enabled and there is no way for me to enable them. 

Couple of examples below, there are more.

@CreativeLeahG  I have one in my store that isn’t enabled (or can’t be) due to the fact that the original card I used wasn’t part of the digital download type of invitations

So maybe that’s the case with yours?

The example products listed above are not eligible for Instant Download at this time.

They are custom flat cards and invitations.. is it as Sara said then, I need to transfer them to the category that is invitation-specific custom card?
