Quite often, when I log into my Zazzle account and switch from the ‘my account’ tab to my profile, I see information that my profile is 60% complete, sometimes 50%, sometimes 40%, sometimes 30% .However, when I refresh the page or go back to the page with the ‘my account’ tab and click on ‘my profile’ again, my profile opens with the correct information, which is PROFILE COMPLETION 100% and congratulations, as it should be. It is strange and confusing. Can someone tell me why this happens and whether I should be worried? Because someone suggested to me that I might have two accounts with the same name and one is at 60%, but I only have one account and three stores, two at 100% completion and one new at 80% completion. Has anyone had a similar situation?
@joana Maybe it has something to do with the two hidden stores of yours? Because when I look at your profile I can only see one store?
@joana I get that often - I just refresh and it goes to 100%. Nothing to worry about. Just one of those quirks

This has been happening to me for years. I only have one account.
It was the same when shops were seen on my profile.
Good to knows that it’ s nothing serious but it’s still weird and I’m curious why this is happening.

Yes Joana, I have been getting the same and I have one store (not hidden). It initially alarmed me and I tried to repeat all those steps again (share a collection etc.). Now I ignore it, but it is a bit irritating.
This has been actually ongoing for years and is still occurring. Mine randomly resets to 50% every few days. Then i refresh the page and it is back to 100%

Thanks for fixing this @James ! I never thought to mention it and had no idea the team could easily fix this, once made aware.
This has been happening to my account for years as well and goes back and forth on reload 60%-100%. There are always worse bugs going on. I never thought to check forum because it corrects itself on reload.
This is some kind of error that should be fixed, even if it seems trivial at first. I also thought it was a trifle, but someone pointed out to me that such details should be reported so it doesn’t appear that it’s because someone else is logging into my account!
