Profile picture and store banner images won’t update properly when changed.
I am setting up a new store and I’m having trouble getting my profile picture and store banner to show up properly. Same with my creator account page.
Here’s what happens:
I select images for the profile and banner in my store settings. I crop and select accept changes. The store banner does not show up, even when I select “View public Profile”. Same thing happens on my main creator account page.
Additionally, when I select an image for the profile picture in my store, it does work, but it also changes the profile image on my creator account. I would like two different profile images … one specific to me as a creator/artist, and another one that is branded to my store.
Neither of these features seems to be working as they should. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
