Anyone having trouble with promo codes lately?  In my promotional email from Z, it says shop 30% off sitewide (TIMETOSAVE30). 

  • I click the SHOP 30% OFF button in the email - which takes me to a Z page. 
  • I click Gift Wrapping & Party Supplies, View all, giftwrapping supplies, gift bags…and the 30% off is not there.  ???
  • There is a banner that says 30% off everthing with an asterisk - but I can’t find anywhere in the email what exceptions the asterisk is referring to - unless it’s the “sold by zazzle” thing?
  • If you add giftbags to your cart, it does say SOLD BY ZAZZLE

Hi Mark - it was only a one day sale, and I’ve deleted that email.  For future reference- would you still be able to investigate something like that AFTER the sale is over?

Hi @Mark  - we’re seeing now that giftbags and paper napkins do not respond to sale promo codes. Is that intentional, or a glitch??
