Promocode SPOOKYDRINKS doesn't work for large coffee mugs?

Maybe it’s not suppose to? But the email promo says “mugs” are 40% off with the code SPOOKYDRINKS

But the code doesn’t work for the giant/large coffee mugs.

Thanks for highlighting this with us. It was working on my side fine for a range of mugs. What are the giant/large coffee mugs? Are you referring to the 15oz mugs?

Sorry I’m late to responding, these are the giant coffee mugs. I guess I should have called them specialty mugs.

No problem at all, thanks for clarifying that for me. I’m not sure why the code did not apply to these mugs in particular but I have made our team aware of the issue so that we can limit these types of issues going forward.
