I’m hoping someone can clarify how this situation works. One of my birthday cards was recently pulled out of public view. I didn’t change the design at all the only thing that happened was that it sold. Since it’s a template, it’s possible the customer customized it, but I’m not sure why that would affect the cards public visibility.
Has anyone else had a product disappear from public view right after a sale? Under what circumstances does Zazzle remove a product even when the designer hasn’t edited it?
I’d appreciate any insight from others who’ve experienced this or understand the review process.
Even if I did edit the card, why would a greeting card need to be approved?
Thank you for finding the card public, I was in management and saw my card was blurry and had the design changes pending…and it was news to me. Never saw such a thing on a greeting card, a Zippo Lighter yes. But a card…seems strange
Hi @Susang6 So when a PID has the pending review image, it does not mean the product is not live. It just means there is an edited version in review. This is probably due to the customer’s version as you had mentioned in the post. And you stated it has happened before and we will report this to our technical team.
no it never happened before, I saw in management and had no idea why? @CrazyMermaid was helpful in mentioning that she knew of someone else that had the exact issue . that it was a glitch" I saw this AM that it still says pending review..You should know that I did not update this card.
