Questions re out of stock products

Very sad to see that tissue paper and gift bags are apparently now out of stock. This is the worst possible timing. I have a few questions:

  1. Is there an ETA as to when/if they will be back in stock?

  2. Will pending orders be fulfilled or canceled?

  3. Should we continue designing for them or wait until they’re back in stock?

  4. Should we stop promoting these products?

Any updates would be greatly appreciated.

Here we are days away from black friday, and no one realized how this would affect sales?  My goodness.

I echo my disappointment and concern about the gift bags and, especially, the tissue paper being out of stock.  What horrible timing!  I also would like an ETA about these products being back in stock.

I don’t remember Zazzle ever being able to give an ETA on anything out of stock unless their supplier is able to do so. And these days, I’ve the feeling it may be an even less likely situation. (Alas.)

gift bags are back in stock as of today
(just got an order for one, and upon visiting its product page, no out of stock flag shows up).

tissue paper appears to be back in stock, too.

Unfortunately, when you search tissue paper, everything else but tissue paper comes up thereby severely restricting sales.  This is another technical issue that really needs to be addressed.

Will tissue paper be restocked? Just seems this product has been OS for ages. Please let us know if there is an intention to restock so we don’t go making any unnecessarily. TY

@LMGildersleeve  the 18lb Tissue Paper is in stock - I’ve just change mine over to that weight (slightly more expensive but is in stock)

I’m also asking.  I just noticed the lesser weight just recently went out of stock.  The heavier weight ones are still in stock.  Nevertheless, this is a popular product.  Moderators, do you have any idea when this will be back in stock?

Right, I saw that too. But the less expensive ones sell so well. :blush:
