re: Accessories available as add-ons in the Product Description

I was promoting one of my products, and I saw this in the mini binder product description.  And, it got me thinking, are these accessories available as add-ons sold to customers after an item is put into their carts?  Because I don’t see any available add-ons as we used to see sometimes, near the Add to Cart button.  So, I truly don’t know if this particular product is or is not offering something as an add-on.  Can someone please let me know?  TY
