RealViews not populating on featured products

Hello!

I’ve noticed the new RealViews feature, went on collection’s media and “enabled” the realviews from there. My understanding is that as long as all products that belong on that realviews are published, and the realview is enabled, this should auto-populate on those product. Is that correct? In my case it has been a few days and I do not see that happening. Am I supposed to toggle something on inside the specific product as well?

I’m not entirely sure that I understand your comment in terms of what you mean by “featured” products, but I’m not seeing any of the RealView mockups showing up anywhere anymore. They don’t seem to be included in the product views on the left-hand side of the product page, and I don’t see them appearing in the collection pod beneath the product either. They used to be there, so I don’t think this is a setting or something, it looks more like a bug to me - either that or Zazzle’s decided not to use them anymore?

As far as I can tell, it’s all collections. Here’s a short list. All of these collections have multiple RealViews enabled, but none of the RealViews show up in the collection pods or in the list of views on the product page.

I browsed around in the marketplace looking for wedding stuff by other designers, and I can’t find ANY products that are showing the RealViews anymore. Maybe I just didn’t happen upon any, or maybe everyone’s turned them off or something, but it seems odd to me that I can’t find ANY examples where the RealViews are working.

Hi all, so I believe we’re talking about two different things here. 

  1. We are currently having issues with correctly categorized products showing within the Zazzle Generated Realiviews on offer to enable. IE. it’s showing you a Wedding invitation, rsvp (which is a response card product type), and save the date but not all three are slotting in where they should. You need to confirm you have the correct product type for what the realview is looking for. EG. It says RSVP card (which is the enclosure card product type), sometimes this might be published on an enclosure card which might cause confusion.
  2. The ability to view the Zazzle Generated Realviews on the Product page/marketplace pages as a customer. This is currently in A/B testing, so not everyone will see these on Product pages/ marketplace searches just yet. 

Hopefully, this helps clarify a small bit.

Hi – I have two more examples of wedding suites that have the products but they are not appearing in the real views.  In the first link it is the belly band and the horizontal enclosure/details card. : LINK: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/wedding_rustic_romantic_photo_floral-119379502061588715
In the 2nd example, it doesn’t recognize the belly band at all (and there are two of them) and I even went into “create” to be sure I used the right paper: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/romantic_celestial_personal_zodiac_sign_collection-119160019492204687

One other thought, would it be possible in the various collection sorts to have one that selects those collections that have realview enabled – otherwise you have to manually go through all potentials to see if it has been enabled.

On the first one the problem is that your belly band is set to landscape - it needs to be portrait in order to show up in the RealView.

In the second collection I don’t see any belly bands at all. Maybe they didn’t get added to the collection?

Hi — I went into both collections and did one that is portrait — how would you know that?  And none of them are showing in the backend — and it is interesting that you didn’t see any in the 2nd because there were two landscapes in there. Perhaps they will appear tomorrow?  Something else also didn’t appear in the 2nd collection today — so something is not working correctly.

I only know about the belly band orientation thing because there have been several folks on the forum with the same problem recently. On most of the products it specifies which size/orientation they want, but for some reason they didn’t state it with belly bands. Maybe they figured we’d figure it out from the pictures? 

Anyhow, I went back and looked at your zodiac collection and now I see 2 landscape belly bands (as well as 2 stickers that weren’t there before), so I guess it righted itself at least in terms of them showing up! Maybe it was just indexing slow or something? 

I don’t see any portrait belly bands for either collection yet, but maybe it’s just being slow. Hmmm…

It will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings because they are not appearing under “edit” or in Realviews though other products that I created immediately took their correct “positions” — well, almost.
