I just finished creating all the recommended products for a wedding suite and still can’t seem to get them to populate the RealViews in my new collections. It worked fine for my collections in the past, so I’m not sure what it different. Anyone else have this issue?
Here is a photo of the RealViews templates where the RSVP and Enclosure cards should pop up…but they don’t.
Also, I have every item listed for the option below and it doesn’t give me the toggle option to enable/add this to my collection. (This specific view doesn’t work on the collections where my RealViews are populating correctly either.)
Do you see the orange “i” icon in the lower right corner of the realview? If you hover your mouse cursor over that icon it will tell you information about the products included in the image. In order for a product to be added to the realview, it must be the same product type, the product size, and orientation. A common issue is that the product size doesn’t match up.
Give that a shot and see if that helps. If not let us know what collection you’re working on.
Yes. I know about that. In fact I went to one of my collections that had an RSVP card, but not an enclosure card" and added the enclosure card. The RSVP shows up but anything I add recently in those two categories does not get added to the RealView.
I have been working on adding everything for the eighth RealView on a couple of my collections and noticed that when I added the return address label, the small round sticker disappeared from view. The first image is when I have only the one type of sticker and the second is when I have both the round sticker and the return address label.
