Received an e-mail asking me to update a letterpress product before June 17, and it has been deleted

Hi,

I received an e-mail asking me to add a customizable photo to two letterpress cards I created last year before the 17th of June, with a threat of deletion. I created different cards without photos and beyond the disappointment to have worked for nothing, ( because several of my designs are not designed to have photos, and it was not a requirement at the time I created them ) I clicked on the links of the products, and these products have already been deleted by the team designer.

here are the links:

https://www.zazzle.com/pd/256283249589768929, https://www.zazzle.com/pd/256885967937891269.

So thank you very much, this is very professional , if ever I wanted to rework on my letterpress products you have definitely convinced me to definitely stop with them.
I will remove all of them, all of those respecting the criteria too and remove the collection. And if ever I have to participate to a green room again I will remember to avoid spending too much time on it.

They sent an update saying this was because the links were wrong and shouldn’t include pd/ into them, but it still does not work because they deleted my original products : ( from their point of view these are valid links )

Did you check to make sure that they aren’t in your “to be reviewed” as they do with all letterpress creations?

Yes I checked and they are not. But don’t worry about it. It’s finished for me I’m fed up. I stop creating any letterpress product.

I created several letterpress holiday cards. They were all approved, but they never showed up in the marketplace. That effort was a bust for me, too.

I got the same email, immediately tried to edit a design, got the error page, sent an email to Support and got the fixed links back.  My links now work, but there’s no “Replace” option available — as there should be per the Zazzle email — after I make a change.  I had to resubmit the design which sucks.  Every day another new time consuming annoyance.

I think they used the same system they use when they delete products because of a trademarked word. It’s very quick to delete and if you don’t have your nose constantly on your emails notification you’re done, without any chance to correct the problem. Where is the ten days delay ? I don’t know. Here, everything have been very badly handled by Zazzle teams. When I think of all the time the initial submission procedure spent, I think Zazzle is definitely not serious with the designers. I’m going to reduce drastically the huge time I spend on this platform for : no return on investment and in addition, not a little bit of consideration for our hard work or for us as persons.
