Recently earned my first $100 (cleared) in US base earnings

Hello,

I have been working here for the last 6 months. I recently earned my first $100 (cleared) in US base earnings. However, I have not received the Pro Designer badge or any related email. Could someone please let me know how long it usually takes to receive the badge?

It takes a while to get your badge. It’s not instantaneous.

Congratulations! Getting the new badge is not instant.  This Zazzle article How the Pro Program Works states the following: 

“Pros are categorized into six levels based on their total lifetime earnings from Zazzle’s U.S. domain (Zazzle.com). Benefits vary for each level. Zazzle calculates eligibility for all levels on a monthly basis. Qualifying members will be notified via email.”

So, it seems from that information that it is done once a month. Hang in there you’ll get it as long as you have met the criteria.

Thank you very much, SJoy, for the detailed message. I am currently working full time to improve my store. I research and upload new designs every day. Focus on titles, tags, product descriptions, and cover photos, but I am not getting a significant number of views or sales. Could someone review my store and provide suggestions? That would be very helpful.

I didn’t look at very much, but I saw that on your Funeral Note Cards, the “thank you” svg on the back is misspelled - it is missing the ‘h’ in thank.

So you should probably edit/remake that svg and replace those products.

Thank you; you saved me this time.

I looked closely and found more designs with this issue. I want to correct them. However, it seems we cannot edit a product after it is published. Is the only option to transfer them as new designs? I think I will have to delete the originals after publish new one.

Typically, we have to republish and (probably) delete the original, yes.
