Can we please get a meaningful update on the ongoing referral payout delays? Myself and many others, I’m sure, have a significant amount in referrals dating back to August 25, some of which should have already been paid out under the normal timeline.
Many of us have invested additional time and resources into marketing since the program changes in April, and it’s discouraging to see such a lack of transparency regarding earnings. Delayed payments and silence on the issue is likely to erode trust among Creators, especially when the ambassador program has been pushed in recent months.
At this stage, the community deserves clear communication, even a rough timeline or acknowledgment of the cause would go a long way. Since this has been ongoing for several weeks, it seems reasonable to expect that the issue has been identified and that you can provide some indication of when it will be resolved.
We simply want clarity and assurance that our work is valued and that payments are forthcoming.
