“Referred” Sale. Guessing she received a discount offer with Zazzles “referral” code after she placed her order, came back via the link in her Zazzle email, purchased more, I make less.
If we did this exact thing – asked our friends and family to cancel and repurchase with our links – we would be told this is not in the spirit of the affiliate program. The program is for _new customers _being referred to Zazzle. But here we are. 
Reminder: You are not a third party, Zazzle.
This is the reason Zazzle isn’t a top priority for me anymore and my stores just coasting. Was a nice run from 2008 until Secondary Content where we began paying other designers for their work (yes, aware Secondary program canceled). Downhill since then.
P.S. The people (mostly) of Zazzle are great. This program stinks.
