Regarding putting a png image into a Zazzle Element "Shape"

Hi-

I’m having trouble and can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I’ve selected an element “shape”, but for the life of me I can’t get my png image to go inside it.

I have tried dragging my image over from my upload images section and it won’t go inside the shape. The “add image” selection over on the right side never shows up.

I’ve also tried two different browsers - google chrome and safari. My png will still not fill the shape. I tried “hovering” my image over the shape and that doesn’t work either. Does anyone have any ideas as to what else I might try?

Did you try just selecting the png and the shape simultaneously ( after putting them in the Design zone  ) and clicking on “Mask” on the top bar ?

A shape is different from a frame, so you can’t use it the same way.
