Remove country limitations for Earnings App

I have an IOS device, but I can’t download the Earnings app because I’m in EU. Please remove the country limitations for outside US. It’s just a couple of checkboxes for you, but would make keeping track of earnings so much easier.

I am in Greece EU and I have the same problem on Android phone. It would be great to be able to use the app.
