Please remove a time out feature for our posts editing. I believe we should be able to edit our posts at any time, especially now when we are still trying to figure out how things work in a new forum.

I would like to second this request.
I opened a testing forum to allow everyone to explore the new tools offered here. Beyond that, I think we’ve run into far too many situations over the years where someone has gone back and edited (or deleted) their posts beyond recognition and it’s caused massive confusion. So we’re going to keep a max time limit for editing a post.
Ah, I understand the reason in this case, but could you at least increase the time limit to 1 hour or some such. Right now it’s too short. Twice I posted, then went to look up some links to add, only to come back to “timed out” error. Thank you.
