Replace feature seems to be selective

I’ve been able to make changes on some designs successfully and other designs go into “Design changes pending review” and after hours of waiting, nothing is changed once the review is done. @James  are there instances that you can tell us when a design cannot be changed? That insight could be helpful so that we don’t waste our time waiting for the change and can just repost. Thanks in advance
