I’ve tried several products but the replace function doesn’t appear?
Is that function being paused or is there a technical issue?
TIA

It’s because of this horrible A/B test they have been running. It disappeared for a few days (it was a great time to be alive) but now it is sadly back. I’m fearful it is now being implemented across the board.
How you get to it is so convoluted. You have to go into the product (it will open a new tab - annoying), finish your design and click ‘sell it’. Then you have to hit ‘cancel’ on the post for sale page before you post it… it will go ‘back’ and that is where you should see the ‘replace tool’. Heaven forbid you want to make another change first, because it will repeat that whole process again.
I hate this change with a passion. Not just because the replace is so hard to get to, but because it opens 800 tabs and makes it so hard to work. I messed up so many things during the time the test was live.
Here are the other feeds on this:

OMG
That can’t possibly be on purpose? That’s crazy! Thank you so much for telling me, I never would have figured that out!
I was admitted to the multiple tabs and disappearing Replace button club today. 😭
I was so thankful before to have been spared.
The workaround worked for me. 👍
(Just have to add clicking Review first in order to get to the Sell It button.)
Ahh yes, I forgot that one
I should have also added that you have to scroll down to get to the ‘cancel’ button. And I’m sorry to hear you have the ‘tab flu’ now too. It’s the worst.
This is honestly the dumbest implementation of a function I could have imagined for this step. I’m really running out of patience working with Zazzle – it’s becoming impossible.
You described it very well, @jophb
