I want to replace a cover photo and nothing is happening when I click the “remove cover photo link”.

The cover photo is misbehaving today. Showing “sorry product image not available”, probably the servers can’t take the extra load of everyone working on covers today/the weekend. So your issue with not being able to remove your cover photos is probably part of the overall cover slowness.
