Request for Itemized Breakdown of Account Debits - Artist Account

I am writing to request a detailed explanation and an itemized breakdown regarding a deduction on my recent earnings statement.

My dashboard shows Gross Earnings of $121.61, but it also reflects a total Debit of $62.17. This deduction has significantly reduced my current available balance to $20.98.

Could you please provide the specific order numbers, dates, and reasons (such as customer returns, cancellations, or promotional fees) that caused this $62.17 deduction? I want to ensure my account records are accurate and understand how these charges were applied to my designs.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

@bimos1261 The deduction is your payment that will be sent to you. The outstanding amount is probably sales that haven’t cleared yet.

If you go to your Payment Settings it gives a breakdown in the different currencies and the exchange rate

To work out which sales are included in the payment:

Royalty History and change the time period to custom date range and enter from 1st June to 30th June as this is period the current payment schedule is covering.
You can download this data in a csv for your records.

You don’t get reasons for cancellations - they just happen. Zazzle offers a 100% happiness guarantee.

To find out dates when sales were cancelled - click on the little arrow and look at the transaction details where it shows you the cancelled date.

The transaction details also shows the royalty breakdown with Marketing Royalty Fees that have been deducted.

All the information you need is in your Royalty History reports (apart from the marketing royalty fees - that’s online only and not available in the download)

Where did the $83.15 go and how did it become $20.98?

@bimos1261
The “All” is all of your royalties (121.61)

The “Cleared Credits” are royalties that have cleared that either have been paid or ready to be paid (eg inc. any July sales) (83.15 - 62.17 = 20.98)

The “Pending Credit” are sales that have not yet cleared for payment ($38.46)

The Pending Debit is the payment that you’ll receive in the next payment run (62.17)

The amount left over (20.98) is the cleared balance going towards your next pay out (in September)
