Several of my collections contain invitations as a requirement which makes sense and I have created them, but they are listed as “bouns products” when clearly they should be in the reccommended or required section. Why can’t we move them where they need to be. I can’t figure a way around this so several of my “Cross-Sell / Event Suite” collections can’t be listed as active until this is fixed. Does anyone have a work around?
From your collection management screen, click on the slot for invitations and you can see what department is necessary to fill the slot. Then make sure your invitations are assigned to that department.

Hello, I am barely hanging in with this big change! @Baylee thanks for the info, did not realize it had to be that exact product. I made a window cling but not showing up, putting doormat in the napkin slot, so frustrating! A lot of the products I do not even know exactly how to design, I feel that they are not very good?? I design with things I can do and feel comfortable designing! I like art, food, kitchen, and more! Banners, window clings, invitations, no! Do we have to fill every slot??
