For stickers the retail price in the backend doesn’t match the public price?
For example, this sticker has a public price of $8.95 but the backend says $9.60?

It shows as $9.60 to me.
Where does a price show in the back-end?
That’s weird, I wonder why I’m seeing a price of $8.95?
The backend where we edit our details, under royalty information.
It’s 8.95 for me.
8.95 for me too - perhaps the stickers are being increased in price and it’s an indexing thing?
I have one too - store front 7.95
back end

so they’re messing with the prices @MasterpieceCafe
I see $8.55 on yours so in both cases I am seeing the same retail price that the designer is seeing in the royalty calculator.
@ColsCreations what browser are you using?
I was on my phone first (Firefox mobile browser, not the Zazzle app) but just checked on my computer (WIn10, also using Firefox) and same - $9.60 & $8.55.
@ColsCreations that’s really strange. I’m firefox win10 and checked also on vivaldi/opera and it shows 7.95 product page and 8.55 back end. Perhaps it’s slow because I’m in UK lol
I have one such sticker of same product blank, published in four color versions. For some reason the black one has fallen off the group so only three are shown. All four stickers show to me as $9.80 on the product page and as $9.80 in the royalty calculator. But here’s the weird thing. When you click on a different color swatch from the product page, watch the price - you can see it change for a second to $9.15 then $9.80.
I noticed that the prices have changed. My invitations were $2.67, but now they are showing as $2.98. However, within the collection, I still see the old prices.
I’m seeing the same as you Sara.
Yep, I’m seeing the $7.95 too.
Ok, looks then like the product price has increased and it just hasn’t “stuck” all over the site yet. But the good news is that the retail price we’re seeing in the royalty calculator is showing us the correct new price.
I have same issue, Invites increased from $2.72 to $3.03. When zazzle is changing prices it will be good If you could inform us in advance. Now I have to change royalties and wait for 20th of May to see changes.
I really wish Zazzle had adjusted product prices before implementing the recent updates to their terms. Now that I’ve already increased my prices to align with the changes, it seems to be working fine for me. However, I’m now faced with the time-consuming task of lowering them again.
Indeed @tsikona We’re continuously running after the facts this way. Back to checking ALL royalty rates AGAIN. 😠
Or maybe not bother, the changes are not sticking anyway …
After updating my royalty and z rank dropped immediately. Based on my experience ranking above 8 leads to more organic “none” sales.
