Romanian coupon code on a product page (for sold product)

I just noticed a Romanian language coupon code on a product that I sold recently.  Screenshot from my mobile phone below. This code does not appear when viewing the same page on my desktop.  I am in the US. Can someone help me understand what is going on?  Is anyone else seeing this? Thank you!

That doesn’t look like Romanian- i think it’s just a randomly generated string of letters for the code.

I think I solved my problem by clearing my Safari cache. It was very odd though. My products were showing up with a 30% discount as seen in the screenshot above (not the 20% that it should be), but only when I was signed in to my Zazzle account, and only using Safari on my iPhone. When I searched for the coupon code (POEFRVSCAIOL), I landed on a coupon code page like RetailMeNot, but it was in the Romanian language.
