As shown in the following image, the handle to rotate images is not available when the chosen layer isn’t completely within the design area. I know you can still rotate using the rotation degrees on the right hand menu but most of the time it’s much easier to use the handle. Can we get this fixed please?

I’ve been having this happen as well.
I’ve been dealing with this also. A workaround is to hit the - on the blue zoom tool, to make the Designer smaller than “Fit”, then the rotate handle will show up. But it’s awfully small to work like that.

@Connie I’ve done it that way too Connie but it would sure be nice not to have to..lol.
