I looked to my royalties history now and I see all history royalties with white and grey background, instead of green, like they was uncleared. They was already cleared and paid of course.

I got a cancellation yesterday & was trying to find out what went pink just now. I did a “show cancellations only” under “edit filters” in “royalty history” & instead of showing all my pink line items I got a “sorry no results” & a csv to download with no items in it!
And when I clicked on “royalty history”, all my cancelled line items are just GONE! WTH??? This is an improvement??? This is way less transparent than before! Now there is absolutely NO HISTORY of what was cancelled – like it never even happened. I am livid!!!

@Marcia cancellations can still be seen and downloaded via csv under Earning History (source - me - just checked) https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/history but can confirm they’re missing from Royalty History https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/royaltyhistory source also me - just checked
They’re probably working on the improvements (coming soon)

Noticed the same thing earlier this morning all my Royalty History items now show as white and gray! Came to see if others had the same problem. Another glitch!
But the Referral History still shows cleared referrals in green.
Let’s hope. I assumed all the pinks missing meant the changes were coming.

We have to wait Zazzle IT technicians fixing for the yet another error…
@Sara_H I see the same as you – earnings history but not royalty history. However, this makes it practically impossible to figure out who cancelled what, when. (Not that it was previously easy to do so, but I mostly was able to figure it out in the past.)
This better be because of the new, more transparent improvements. Seriously!

Just checked this evening and “royalty history” is showing up correctly once again. The “show cancellations only” under “edit filters” in “royalty history” is still blank, but at least “royalty history” is correct. Baby steps…
Checked now, everything shows correctly.
I see there is an updated on royalties views, there are shown more info about royalty sale. Maybe this is the reason there was some change/anomaly. Anyway I’m not even agree to this kind of working. When something is ready it can be applied and made public on web, when not, it is better wait everything is ready and working before make available.
